We're in the seasonal transition from South to North growing seasons. So, there are end of the season crops flowing from the South Hemisphere to the North Hemisphere. There are also start of the season crops flowing from the North Hemisphere to the South Hemisphere. Anyway this is one of the times where you'll see funny variations is the produce to be had. To me they look like the end of plant pickings right before the freeze. For what I'm doing with them they work perfectly well. The Salsa is a can of whole Tomatoes roughly chopped in a Food Processor with some diced Red Onion, Cilantro, and Sea Salt. The funny little Jalapenos, are diced, with the pith, and seeds, then mixed in. Let the flavors meld for some time, a day or two. Simple Salsa...
