Steak, uh uh uh! I really loves me my Beefz... Steak for breakfast, uh... OK! I found some thin Ribeye steaks at the grocery store this morning. Also gotz some baby Potatoes. Hmmm... Is that Kalamata Olive Bread? I put a rub on the streaks before I fast grilled them. So I used Mike's All Purpose Seasoning, and some extra Black Pepper, and Sea Salt. The grilled them very quickly on the Baby Q. I cooked the potatoes in Pyrex covered bowl in the microwave with some Garlic, and Olive Oil. Then I toasted the Kalamata Olive Bread, and gave it Garlic Butter, and Sea Salt. Yumz...

Chicken Taco Nachos
Nachos! nom nom nom... Every once in a while I get Nacho Fever...This time I switched it up a bit, Chicken Taco meat Nachos. I had a half pound of Chicken Sausage from Fran's Fryers. Add some Taco Seasoning mix, and fry that up. Also had some Pico de Gallo from earlier in the week. Add some Julio's Tortilla Chips, and Fischer Meat Market's Habanero Jack Cheese, and we're moving toward Nachos. Something that I love on Nachos is SoCal's Black Olives. It's a throwback to my childhood. So anyway, a bed of tortilla chips, cheeze, then some Taco Chicken, and Black Olives, and you've got Nachos. Stick 'em in the Meltification Machine for a while, then serve hot with the Pico de Gallo, and Hot Sauce... Nomlishous...

Funny little Jalapeno Salsa
We're in the seasonal transition from South to North growing seasons. So, there are end of the season crops flowing from the South Hemisphere to the North Hemisphere. There are also start of the season crops flowing from the North Hemisphere to the South Hemisphere. Anyway this is one of the times where you'll see funny variations is the produce to be had. I found some funny little Jalapenos in Rosemeade Market last weekend, and made some Salsa...
To me they look like the end of plant pickings right before the freeze. For what I'm doing with them they work perfectly well. The Salsa is a can of whole Tomatoes roughly chopped in a Food Processor with some diced Red Onion, Cilantro, and Sea Salt. The funny little Jalapenos, are diced, with the pith, and seeds, then mixed in. Let the flavors meld for some time, a day or two. Simple Salsa...

The Beautiful Bot
I'm on Facebook, not by my own volition, but to appease someone in my life. So I get to watch the stupid bullshit that happens there. There is definitely an agenda to what happens on Facebook. Plus there is the Artificial Intelligence that is going to Fuck With You. I've got an interesting story about it. This beautiful woman sent me a friend request. There is almost nothing on her Facebook page. So I think what the hell, and confirm the friend request. The next morning, at 3 AM, she messages me. She is asking personal questions. So, being the inquisitive mind that I Am, I started inquiring about her. The answers are illogical, and seem like selections in a If Then Else loop. It's still on going. I do the interrogative, and I get a canned response, some times after waiting a significant time. Responses like "Yes Baby", or "Thanks Dear". I've never experienced this before. Do I want a bot girlfriend? LOL! She is beautiful, but just an algorithm on Zuck's Server, LOL!
