Carrots

These are Carrots that have been growing all winter in my organic garden.  There are a number of things which will grow all winter here in Texas.  Most cruciferous vegetables, Onions, Garlic, Oily Herbs, Fennel, and Beets.  We did have a really mild winter this year, but there is usually something growing in my garden in the Winter.  Maybe eventually I'll be able to build a Hot House and grow Tomatoes in the Winter.  I two varieties of Carrots there, the Red Cored, and the typical long narrow Carrots.
